The “North America Post Market Surveillance Introduction” webinar will focus on the FCC/ISED requirements for test labs, CABs and manufacturers. We will discuss roles and responsibilities on all levels, common errors that result in permissive changes, revocation of certification, or recalls and how to avoid these errors and how to prepare for audit requests from CABs or the FCC/ISED.

We would encourage Manufacturers, Certification Bodies and Test Lab personnel such as Sales, Project Management, test engineers and report writers to attend.

Jennifer Sanchez has over 20 years experience in the EMC/Wireless industry with 15 years of Post Market Surveillance experience. Jennifer currently manages our ISO 17065 Post Market Surveillance program and is a Technical Reviewer for FCC/ISED/Japan wireless certifications. Jennifer has worked for test labs, certification bodies, manufacturers and started a consulting business before joining ACB in 2014. Jennifer enjoys traveling and exploring new places, meeting new people from around the world and discussing philosophical ideas.
