The validity of the certification lasts **10 years**.
- SDoC Procedure A: Involves testing by a self-selected lab and SDoC declaration (applies to 7 types of products).
- SDoC Procedure B: Involves testing by a designated lab and SDoC declaration (applies to 12 types of products).

2. Approval by a Certifying Body
