From time to time we make excursions in the pursuit of some much-needed enlightenment and enjoy sharing our experiences from “the road.” We are fortunate to have opportunities to make connections over “there”—wherever “there” is. The compression of communities and the flux of communications is accelerating and impressive, but one thing that can never substitute for an email or a Skype call is direct human contact. From out of our modest adventures, from Beijing to Bonn to Buenos Aeries, we consistently confirm that we are, at a shared level, all very much the same.
